Concept

It is not the beauty of a building you should look at.
its the construction of the foundation that will stand the test of time.

The five bedroom villa proposes a new way of combining a swimming pool with the day-to-day activities.  The swimming pool is not only an extra asset to the whole villa, but it allows natural light to be available within the core of the design.

The areas for receiving guests, dining, maid room and kitchen are arranged around the inner core of the villa. This core has a vertical relationship with the first floor, which is the swimming pool. The ceiling of the core is made of milky glass, which allows natural light to pass from the swimming pool all the way to the ground floor. In this way we can profit from the natural light on two sides of each area on the ground floor.

The private zone is configured on the first floor. The four bedrooms are organized around the swimming pool and balcony. The master bedroom has a royal walk in closet and a view towards the swimming pool. All bedrooms have a private shower and a bathroom. The over-all openings in the facade of the first floor is intentionally minimized to emphasize the privacy and resist the extreme heating in the summer.
